Like the other reduced fat varieties, 40% Less Fat Aged Cheddar & Sour Cream are all natural and kettle-cooked in 100% canola oil with no trans fat. The chips are then flash baked to remove excess surface oil and to reduce the fat content naturally. As with the entire family of potato chips, this variety is gluten and preservative-free. You will never find a potato flake or fat substitute in a bag of Cape Cod Potato Chips.

A recent Cape Cod Potato Chips survey found that 90% of respondents would switch to the lower fat version of their favorite snack if it tasted the same as the original.
