“We are always looking for way to help make the potato chip a more sensible snacking option,” said Heidi Daly Ford, Brand Manager for Cape Cod. “For those that are looking for a way to enjoy their favorite salty snacks and maintain sensible eating habits, our whole grain line is a great option as they will not have to sacrifice taste.”
Like the other Cape Cod Potato Chips, the whole grain varieties are all natural and cooked in 100% canola oil with no trans fat.
The well-known Cape Cod® lighthouse on the package makes it easy for consumers to find among the sea of salty snacks. An 8-ounce bag of the new whole grain varieties retails around $3.99 and can be found at major retailers in New England and the southeast United States.
